Flooded with light, facing the sun. The fascinating journey on the Alpe-Adria-Trail begins, loaded with the energy of the Grossglockner, in the Hohe Tauern National Park. The first stages, with roaring waterfalls, lush green alpine meadows, weathered farms, mysterious gorges and hospitable hostels are among the most beautiful, what the entire trail has to offer.
Directly on the stage06 is the Thalerhof. We look forward to welcoming and pampering you. We are also a proud Alpe-Adria-Trail partner company and have been working successfully for yours with the Alpe-Adria-Trail booking center.

Since 2009, Mallnitz belongs to the "Alpine Pearls" - 25 holiday resorts in 6 Alpine countries, all of which stand for sustainable tourism in typical Alpine alpine villages. From arrival and departure to on-site recreational mobility, the Alpine Pearls strive for an environmentally friendly holiday experience of the highest quality under the motto "Naturally gentle holidays". The Thalerhof has been a member of Alpine Pearls since June 2017. Thus, we can offer our guests many environmentally friendly services for free or greatly reduced.
By appointment we will order a station shuttle for you, which picks you up at the station Mallnitz-Obervellach and brings you back there when you leave.
